Nestled beside a sheltered beach with endless stretches of golden sand and shaded by vibrant bougainvillea or among the Olive and Lemon groves, our relaxing literary retreat offers readers and writers precious time to immerse themselves in words. The gentle whisper of the Aegean Sea provides the perfect backdrop for tackling that to be read (TBR) list or even crafting your own stories.

To get the ball rolling, bring a book you’ve loved to our pre-dinner book swap on the first evening and write a few words on a card about why you’d recommend it. White Elephant Rules apply—and may the best book win!

What’s included in our reading retreat:

5 nights in traditional Cycladic accommodation
All meals, including relaxed dinners to inspire literary discussion
Visiting guest authors
Reading nooks throughout the grounds—with hammocks, sun loungers, and beachside spots

Access to our small curated library, featuring reading recommendations from indie bookshops including new releases, bestsellers, and genre and literary fiction

We’ll be welcoming visiting authors, who will join us to discuss their writing process, research methods, and latest work. These intimate sessions provide unique insights into the craft of storytelling.

As Stephen King once said, "If you don't have time to read, you don't have the time (or the tools) to write." Here, you'll have both—uninterrupted hours to read and write, surrounded by fellow book lovers who understand the joy of discovering new worlds between pages.

Draft Daily Schedule:

Morning: Breakfast followed by daily briefing, talks and individual reading/writing time
Afternoon: Excursions or free time for beach walks, swimming, or continued reading
