Program Highlights:
Creative Self Discovery: The retreat focuses on helping participants discover and expand their sense of self through various creative activities including acting singing and photography
You will engage in collaborative activities, problem-solving, and teamwork exercises
We aim to help you building self-confidence and self-esteem and resilience
Yoga sessions and wellbeing techniques are integrated into the daily schedule to enhance physical and mental wellness.
You will learn how to create self-care plans to prioritise your well-being.
Daily journaling and reflection time are provided to help you track your progress and insights.

Breakfast and lunch are provided every day, and attendees can also enjoy downtime by the beach, swim, or take a siesta.
Dinners can be enjoyed in recommended tavernas or restaurants.

Day 1: Welcome & Foundation Building

Introduction & Orientation: Meet your facilitators and fellow participants. Learn about the retreat's goals and activities.
Creative Self-Discovery Workshop: Using guided journaling and group discussions, reflect on what self-expression means to you and set personal goals for the retreat.
Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Exploring Your Authentic Voice
Acting Basics: Engage in acting exercises that focus on voice, body language, and self-expression.
Relaxation & Breathwork: Learn techniques to calm your mind and connect with your authentic self.
Evening reflection activity: Write or sketch about what self-expression feels like after Day 1.
Day 2: Building Confidence Through Creativity
Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Confidence in Action
Singing & Vocal Empowerment: Explore vocal techniques to strengthen your confidence in speaking and singing.
Photography Basics: Learn how photography can help you express your perspective and tell your story.
Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Collaborative Creativity
Group Photography Project: Collaborate with fellow participants to create a photo series reflecting the theme of “confidence.”
Movement & Yoga: A guided yoga session focusing on posture, balance, and body confidence.
Day 3: Overcoming Challenges & Building Resilience
Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Embracing Challenges
Problem-Solving Through Drama: Participate in improvisation exercises to develop resilience and think creatively in challenging scenarios.
Self-Reflection Through Journaling: Explore personal challenges you’ve faced and how they’ve shaped your sense of self.
Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Building Inner Strength
Photography Walk by the Beach: Capture moments of natural beauty while practicing mindfulness.
Evening Group Discussion: Share insights about resilience and how creativity has helped you grow.
Day 4: Wellness & Self-Care

Yoga & Well-Being Techniques: Start the day with an energizing yoga session and mindfulness exercises.
Self-Care Workshop: Learn to create personalized self-care plans and explore strategies to maintain mental and physical wellness.
Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Reflect & Recharge
Creative Journaling: Develop a vision for how to integrate self-care into your everyday life.
Relaxation Time: Enjoy downtime to swim, nap, or journal by the beach.
Day 5: Expanding Your Creative Horizons

Exploring Character Through Acting: Dive deeper into acting techniques to explore different facets of yourself.
Photography & Storytelling: Use photography to build a visual story that reflects your creative growth.

Collaboration Project: Combine acting, singing, and photography into a group project that showcases everyone’s journey.
Yoga for Creativity: A grounding session to help unlock creative flow and focus.
Day 6: Celebration & Empowerment
Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Reflection & Preparation
Final Self-Reflection Session: Use journaling and group discussions to reflect on your journey and your newfound sense of empowerment.
Showcase Preparation: Prepare for an informal showcase to celebrate your growth.
Afternoon (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Showcase & Farewell
Creative Showcase: Share your group projects and individual insights with the retreat participants. Celebrate your creative accomplishments!
Closing Circle: Exchange feedback, affirmations, and goodbyes.
