Having a good sense of wellbeing is important for us all and combining this with creatively is an amazing way of being.  It can give us a strong sense of who we are, build connections with people around us, boast our mood and energy,  be curious, have a clear mind to create new things and also feel content with our lives. 

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. Practising mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other techniques which have been proven to enhance creativity.

Relaxation - providing space to focus on your achievements of the day, giving your mind time to explore different ideas and then time to switch off giving your body a well earned rest.

Having a healthy balance in life between work and leisure time is important. During your stay in Greece there will be optional well-being opportunities to take part in including mindfulness activities, life balance & relaxation classes.

We live in a busy world with little time to stop and think if we are happy and living the life we want to live. Have you had a major change in your life - redundancy, relationship break up, a bereavement or struggling with connecting after covid?

The sessions are about getting off the conveyor belt of life, giving yourself time to stop and reconnect with yourself.
